Practicing yoga to relieve back pain is an extremely effective way

Back pain is usually caused by weakness in the back and abdominal
muscles usually from too much sitting or stress. It is vital to
strengthen these muscles to prevent back pain from recurring.

posture being more balanced, increased strength and flexibility,
