Ankle Rotation
This is great for loosening stiff ankle joints.  It also improves circulation in your feet and legs.






1. Sit comfortably on the floor with one knee bent and the other over the top of the bent knee. 

2. Rotate your ankles in a slow smooth circle several times.

3. Repeat going the other direction
