Cobblers Pose
Also known as bound angle pose.  This is great for loosening and relieving stiffness in the hip joints, knees and ankles.  It will tone and stretch the muscles in the inner thigh and improves circulation throughout the pelvic region.  Stimulates the prostate, abdominal organs, ovaries, bladder and kidneys.

An excellent pose for asthma, infertility, high blood pressure, relieves symptoms of menopause, eases menstrual discomfort, sciaticadepression, anxiety and fatigue.




1. Sit with your legs in front of you in staff pose.

2. Bring your feet together with bottoms touching.  Grab your big toes with you thumb and forefinger and pull your feet as close to your groin as possible.

3. Lower your knees as far to the ground as you can keeping your back straight.  Hold for several minutes breathing regularly.
