Flower Pose
This is wonderful pose for those of you who do a lot of driving, typing or gardening. It relieves the tension in your hands and fingers and improves circulation all the way down to your fingernails keeping your hands and nails looking supple and young.
This pose can be done in a comfortable sitting position, standing, lying down, at your desk or even waiting at a red light. Anytime you feel tension in your hands. |

1. Sit, Stand, or lie comfortably. Breathe Normally.
2. Hold your hands in front of you in a tight fist. Relax your teeth, jaws and face. |

3. Slowly open your hands stretching your fingers like a flower opening to greet the sun. |
|
|
4. When your hands are fully open stretch your fingers back as far as you can and hold for a few seconds. 5. Relax your hands and arms. Repeat as desired |
