Hand Rotation
This is wonderful pose for those of you who do a lot of driving, typing or gardening. It relieves the tension in your arms, hands and fingers. Loosens up stiff joints in your wrists, relieves arthritic pain, and can help prevent carpal tunnel syndrome if done throughout the day.
This pose can be done in a comfortable sitting or standing position. |
