Head Rotation
This is great for loosening and relieving stiffness and promoting flexibility in the neck. This also improves the circulation to the face and reduces the build up of tension in the neck.
This pose can be done in any comfortable sitting or standing position. A great exercise to do if you work on the computer for an extended amount of time. |
