Shoulder Rolls
This is great for loosening and relieving stiffness and promoting flexibility in the shoulders, upper back and neck.  Great for loosening up stiff shoulder joints and helps keep tension from building in the shoulders.

This pose can be done in any comfortable sitting or standing position.  A great exercise when you feeling stressed to help calm and loosen the shoulders.

This should be done in a flowing manner.




1. Stand in mountain pose with your arms at you side, shoulders down.  Breathe regularly throughout exercise.

2.Bring your shoulders up as far as you can.

3. Roll your shoulders forward.

4.Roll your shoulders back opening up your chest.

Repeat several times.  Start back at step 1 and roll the other direction.
