1. Lie on your back arms beside you legs straight toes point up.
|
|
|
|
2. With strong straight legs tighten your abdomen muscles and lift one leg as far up as you can.
|
|
|
3. Tighten your abdomen and slowly bring your foot back to center.
Repeat with the other leg.
